- Encore Update
- Planting season results from tree and plant survey results in some trees and plants being replaced this will happen by EOM.
- Community Garden planting was announced on Places app but no date Tracey looking into this.
- Notice boards request received for 6 boards 3 boards have been approved. Locations agreed in meeting are Elizabeth Walk (Senliz road end), Garland Park (next to the post box) and Near the new allotments.
- Request for planting plan for the orchards on Elizabeth Walk so it can be made public knowledge that the fruit from the orchards is edible.
- Footpath along linear park from Swynford to Tiptoff sediment is being tracked everywhere inlike other paths on the development this one seems to not have settled Tracey to follow up with Redrow
- Somning Park water logged path Celina to email Tracey the location so this can be investigated
- Missing road signs Senliz and Bedell Tracey informed that they are still trying to find out who the signwriter is to get matching signs Tracye to follow Bedell rd sign up with Redrow
- VE DAY 80th celebration 10th May – Celina
- Celina to follow up on quotes for grounds team and first aid.
- Quotes received for acts presented and committee decided on quote from Raw Theatre Productions Celina to move forwards and secure this act.
- MAGPAS coffee morning 14th Feb – Natalie unable to attend update provided by email

- Business network event update 16th march – Stacey
- Stacey and Seb have only seen approx. 8 tables at the Pavilion Natalie to confirm if more tables available
- Approaching Watch Office and Coop to see if they would like to donate any refreshments to be given away at the event
- Community Association has some funds that can be used to purchase refreshments for the event also Stacey to confirm if required so budget can be provided.
- Warbler copy date is Jan 20th and Feb 19th Seb and Stacey to organise copy to be sent for warbler
- Open Gardens 1st June – Sut
- 4 definites from last year
- Su will put posts out to drum up more gardens and will be also getting in touch with parish pump and Stukeley parish for magazine entries
- Need to speak to co-op as last year not all staff were selling the maps making it difficult for people to buy maps and detering footfall.
- Finance update – Celina
- VE Day pot now at £3370 after £350 Raw Theatre Productions quote agreed for yet to receive invoice
- Bitly Annual cost $96 agreed last month yet to purchase
- Website domain and hosting £47.88 for first 12 months agreed last month yet to purchase (renews at £132.87/yr)
