- Signage Bedell Road Redrow have engaged and are on order.

- Garland Park bollard lights – cable has burnt out and is being replaced.

- Allotments will open 17th April people have been advised – just need plot sizes. 17th April onsite to sign new agreements. Swynford Road Allotments unused plots are being taken back and re allocated.

- Notice boards needs to be wind resistant – NLB to chase up.

- The Swynford sign is also broken.

- Gritter is not driving safely on the paths.

- Tiptoff path is still with Redrow and they are going to have to replace

- Finance update – Celina

- Finished the first financial year. We made £1,200 revenue from markets and food trucks. We will need to pay some corporation tax.

- Chris from CPCA have some funding – Celina is going to check if they need 2 years of being established or 2 years as a CIC. This funding is for capital like a storage facility.

- VE Day pot now at £2,900 remaining funds will be used towards Family Funday per agreement

- £3,000 donation from Breheny received into bank account split 2k for CA 1k for Hardship fund (Hardship now part of C.I.C and ring-fenced bank account set up separate financial updates will be given at the Hardship funds meetings for these funds).

- Teams is £90 pa, looking at Teams for not-for-profits to see if we can make a saving

- Legally required filing to be completed and all required payments to be made (Filing fee £34 Corporate tax expected payment £90)

- Crest area not accessible to Cricket pitch and paths are not accessible for wheelchairs.

- Wassingly Way people are turning the wrong way down the Boulevard. NLB to look at more signage/alternative solutions
- Next Meeting In Person meeting on 2nd April at The Club – Pizza will be available if you are attending and have specific dietary requirements please advise by Friday 28th March via return email so we can have suitable foods available.
