- Encore Update. Whiting’s have confirmed that they will clear the pathway and BGS Electrical have been out to look at the lights and have confirmed that the street light heads need to be replaced with a new style LED – other lights on the development have high pressure sodium lights that can be repaired on site. There are three street light heads out in total, and this is preventing the other streetlights from working. Tracey has requested a quotation and if this is reasonable, she will instruct the electricians to proceed. Request to number all lamp posts and bins to help with reporting issues.

- Coronation Sunday 7th May. In line with Palace information this will take the form of a community picnic. Natalie will see if there is a singer and foodtruck available (ideally veggie). Charlotte is looking at an obstacle course, Community Association tea and coffee to raise fund for Youth Group and to raise our profile. Stalls £15, Foodtruck and anything commercial £30 pitch. Natalie to sign up for the pack from the palace. Ali to take forward the idea of having a cake competition.
