- Encore – Encore update – Service charge update – broken wooden edging to be removed where it is broken. Planting replanting happening over the winter. SuD’s clearing to happen in January. Swynford Road allotment padlock is missing and door needs attention. When will Windsor Road allotments apple trees are Crab Apple rather than eating apple trees and replace with eating apple trees. Elizabeth Way dog poo bins are constantly full. Christmas Tree is coming next week on school plaza.

- Christmas Market 29th Nov 20 stalls – £400 income. Santa Grotto 75% booked, Presents from John Adams Toys organised – we can keep whatever is not used for future events. Tuesday Club will be wrapping on 25th Nov at 1.30-3pm in Pavilion. PTA are joining to do cakes and lucky dip and second hand uniform. Tom can help, Carly, Celina and Charlotte have already volunteered.
- Finance update – Hardship Fund, no new applicants. £1k still in the pot. CA pot has £330 – corporation tax will need to be paid. £290 on Prize Draw 23 paid entries for this month’s. First Prize £12 winner 23, second prize £7 winner 19, third prize £.4.75 winner 3
- Next meeting is 3rd Dec and is allocated for the Garland Park Consultation. Tracey will do her bit and then the designer will do a presentation.

- Can we use some of the surplus to buy some beanies and polo shirts branded wear to join the new gazebo. Tom suggested t-shirts as well so they can be worn just out and about.
