Swynford Road corner – These are Redrow repairs, awaiting response from Redrow as to what the plan is.
Druell Road is still with Redrow

BDW – pulled fence up on Senliz and went under the fence. Reported to U&C
Grass beds outside the school need investigation
Redrow grass not being looked after – Tiptoff Green – Tracey to speak to Redrow
Hallowes Road – drains have marked up and plastic barriers have been left/abandoned
Car parked on road on Heathcote making it dangerous.
2) Neighbourhood Watch – looking to hand over as it is up and active – need to find a co-ordinator.
3) Walk on the Weald – 280 people took part.
4) Litter Pick Update – Needed more of a focused area. 8 bags of rubbish collected. Needed a bit more advertising.
5) Fairy Doors Update – Approx 40 doors were decorated and they will be installed by July down Scots Pine Way.
6) Garage Sale – 8 signed up so far. Stacey to pop on the Whatsapp group
7) Comm Funday and Market 7th September – Volunteers needed to help run stalls on the day and with set up and organising. Only need a few hours on a rota on the day. please email if you can give any time
8) Open Gardens – initial figures 160 visitors and made £380 for Magpas
9) Scarecrow Festival – Ali/ Jez / Charlotte happy to help with straw collection 31st Aug from 11am-2pm. Natalie to do the legwork.
10) Fundraising ideas – small local businesses. Bingo, Race Night,
