- Encore was in attendance from 7.30-7.40pm. Tracey is still working on getting the Bardolph streetlight working, but these are Redrow’s responsibility. Path between Senliz and Bedell is being seen to. Bridge pond light is not working. Tracey then left the meeting
- Fairy Doors. NLB has had consent for the fairy doors from U&C. They would like a site plan for them. Please consider tree girth. Also discussed hobbit holes. Over to Micki
- Open Gardens. @Su McKay advised the date is 4th June and first Facebook post has already gone up. @Celina Jacques is happy to do the map this year. NLB to contact Stukeleys to see if they would like to be involved.
- Coronation – no response from Facebook post. Discussed options and looking at post Coronation event with bar, outside games, singer, picnic, CA café maybe.
