- Update from Encore 7.30-7.45. Jamie attended as Tracey unable to come. Bardolph street lights and lights on Carnaile reported again as not working. Ermine Steet path is being looked at by Whitings this month. Sand in the sandpit needs attention. Numbers on street lights requested.
- Coronation discussions – Natalie has booked a singer and food truck and ice cream truck. Gazebo for singer and deck chairs. Charlotte on free flow activities. Club hall door open and serving teas and coffees out of hall 12-3.30pm. Volunteers to man Tea and coffee Jez, charlotte, Celina.

- Fairy Doors – Easter extravaganza @Michaela Ruggins in charge. 20 – 30 doors going up.
- Open Gardens – 4th June, @Su McKay has this very under control. 10 Gardens have signed up. @Celina Jacques and @mattsgraham@gmail.com have offered to help with the map.
