- Encore Update
- Tracey unable to attend, update – planting and barking has commenced and will go on for a few weeks. Water clearance has been done. Following Redrow walk around works to be completed in area on footpath and trees and hedges to be replaced. Noticeboards have been discussed. Bedell Road sign still in discussion with Redrow.
- Marriane Smart Journeys
- Bikes & Books donations going well. If you have anything please deliver bikes to the school and books can go to school or New Shire Hall. Trail for easter or summer
- MAGPAS coffee morning 14th Feb – Natalie
- 14th Feb 11am-1pm in the Club. Donations of cakes welcomed if home made please provide list of ingredients. Please come along to support and donate.
- Business network event update 16th march – Seb and Stacy
- Collecting business’s for the event Asked Co-op and Watch Office. If you have any businesses. In need of tables.
- VE DAY 80th celebration 10th May – Celina
- Pimp my Fish secured for VE Food provision (watch office will also be open and co-op)
- We received a certificate for registering as an official event for VE day will be looking to create the event on facebook adding this certificate and adding photos provided by Jeff
- First Aid quote £450 from provider used for majority of U&C – Committee agreed quote – Celina to proceed
- Still waiting on quotes for grounds team Natalie to assist in chasing Also waiting for flag size from grounds team
- Committee agreed to a market on the 10th May
- Raw Theatre Productions secured and paid they’d like to join us on a meeting to let us know about their other provisions. Celina to invite them to the March meeting.
- Open Gardens 1st June – Sun
- 3 gardens have signed up. So need more gardens. If you know anyone who would like to take part – let Su know.

- Seb agreed to head up the CA Market for the festival.
- Finance update – Celina
- VE Day pot now at £2,904.24 after £450 first aid quote
- Bitly Annual subscription purchased we can now create custom urls and QR codes can be relinked. We can create up to 5 qr codes a month.
- Website domain and hosting purchased website is now being built.
- £3000 donation secured from A141 connection Road builder Breheny to be split £2000 for the CA and £1000 for the HF Photo op on 10th @1pm if anyone is available please let Natalie know ASAP
- Leaflet Printing quote received from St Ives Quick Print £95 for double sided and committee agreed happy to proceed with this and the delivery charge of £100 to be added to warbler delivery. Celina to proceed
- CA Funds sitting at £671 profit proposed outgoings will bring this to £26 profit
- All expected costs due will be VE related and able to be funded from the VE grant.

- Funding opportunity John Stewart Memorial Fund for the CA to raise funds towards bikes for Prestley Wood I’d really like to support Marianne in the application and am seeking approval from the committee for the directors to progress an application for this purpose.
- Quality of Life survey results in and will be presented in the next Residents Forum but all very positive
- Community Gardens and Allotments hedge planting on the 1st March and official open date in April – all those on the allotment waitlist that are getting an allotment will be emailed in the next couple of weeks
