- Encore Update – Allotments on Windsor Road have opened first 14 plots have been allocated, another 12 on waiting list. Swynford Road allotments some of the new plots have not been maintained and Tracey will contact. Notice Board is in production for Swynford Park. Callycroft and Tiptoff are not being maintained, Tracey is chasing Redrow. Wildflower that has failed but looking if it needs to be reseeded. Signposting on The Boulevard can this be higher up the Boulevard, reversing up the Boulevard onto the roundabout – NLB to pass onto Estates Team. Rawlyns Way lorries parking overnight – Tracey to look at signage.
- Sports Hub – please will in the survey. What do want to see in the pavilion – event venue. What sports do you want to see in the outside area. Future proofing so can expand if required. How accessible will the pitches going to be – already within the feedback so everything is smooth from the entrance. Sawtry has a ramp path. 3G would have a viewing gallery.

- Community Garden Update – opened in April, Very hot summer, PWA and Gardening Club have kept everything watered. Veg and plants are in. 10.30am-12pm 5th July, 19th and 26th July on Saturday Garden Club. Would people like fitness, arts and crafts, kids activities 1x vote for Sound Bath, 1x vote for kids activities, Nature related activities, Willow Weaving, Wreath Making at Christmas.
- Sunflower Competition – Height or size of head that is the best? So, going for Head width and height. Announce the end of August – head width with a ruler.
- Events Overview – 13th September Family Fun Day 12-5pm. Rob is around, Jez is around later. Budget for Professional Balloon entertainer for the day. Event committee setup if you would like to join or have an hour you can spare on the 13th September please get in touch
