- VE DAY 80th celebration 10th May – Celina

- first aid, event support, flags walkie talkies, high vis vests, Pimp my Fish have paid. 22 market stalls, 3 charities and 2 dessert vans. Need approval for purchases for Bunting & Lawn Games – £120 – agreed unanimously – recommend labelling as last year’s skipping ropes all got nicked. Bunting 25m lengths, £450 for fabric bunting from Club to Co-op. Agreed unanimously. Sea Cadets will be attending. Volunteers needed for part of the day. Jeff has requested vehicles. Jeff has gazebo’s and 1940’s recipes. CA stall to have business contacts on it.

- OTBT are just organising the food trucks this year as well as the fun day entertainment. CA are coordinating all other stalls, music and the bar will be managed on site. Private Chef on Weald might be interested in doing show cook. Kids activity with biscuit decorating or sugar craft.
