  • ncore – Service Charge letter has been issued. There has been an issue with new properties not being registered in a timely manner – if you are in this situation please contact  Tracey Davis Tracey.Davis@encoregroup.co.uk . Road sign for Senliz and Swynford have been knocked down. Garland Park lights have already been reported. Bedell Road sign also down – Bedell is Redrow. 
  • Neighbourhood Watch – Haresh not on call  
  • Bike and Book Recycle – Smart Journeys. SEN school Prestley Wood Academy are looking for bikes and books in Jan & Feb ages 4-19. They are also looking for lego. Travel Survey had 50 responses so thank you. Weald Wonderer’s will be raising money for Prestley Wood is the next May challenge to raise money for an adapted bike. Tree Planting for people who took part in Walk on the Weald. 
  • Fundraiser for James – Francesco – James is a young boy from Huntingdon for lifesaving treatment in Germany 
  • Halloween Update – Seb – Went well really good response to pumpkins and the event went well in the Pavilion. Big Thank you to Seb for organising and to Co-op for the Pumpkins. 
  • Christmas Market update – Natalie/Celina – 19 stalls and food truck, music, mulled wine. Everyone please come down. Santa is coming with Roundtable 16th Dec 6.30-8.30pm. AWCA stall has Ali, Jez, Celina, Mike and Natalie. 
  • MAGPAS Coffee Morning volunteers – Is someone willing to run it – Jeremy happy to help organise. 
  • Business Networking event update – Stacey/Seb – carried over to next meeting.

  • Celina and Charlotte attended Parish Council and they have agreed funding so we can now run VE Day event. . £3950 – this covers litter picking equipment and the VE Day, anything left over to go to Family Fun Day. There is now a section in the magazine for AWCA. AWCA can request from Parish council for benches.
