Notes from 2nd October 2024

1. Encore – Enquired about relining the MUGA for Netball this is going to be completed next week. So MUGA will be out of action for 3 days whilst the paint dries. Poster on entrance and then going on Facebook and Whatsapp groups. Service Charge will £361.12 increasing to £374.90, service charge letters will go out next week. Parking restrictions outside school looking to implement signage and parking management in the next few weeks, date of start is TBC.
   Neighbourhood Watch – No update 
2. Farmers Market – Natalie Crawley wanted to start a farmers market internet dropped please advise when next available to join call 
3. Scarecrows update – Moana the winner, looking for a person to take this on.
   Christmas Market update – 30th Nov, Glade Plaza, stalls x10 registered, AWCA stall we need volunteers if you are able to do a 1 hour slot please let us know. Mike/Ali/
   VE Day 80th Anniversary – Need to find someone to organise Ali happy to help, Charlotte, Jeff
   HCRFM community advertising – NLB to put in next Warbler to see if anyone interested

4. Seb owner of Sebshimi sushi business. Map of who is happy to be knocked on and will do. Putting on an activity. Pumpkins to be put outside the house for trick or treating. Map to be sent to ESCA and Sawtry. Celina to create QR for map and encourage people to visit the Pavilion. 
5. Halloween pumpkin hunt – Co-op have donated 50 little pumpkins, and they will be hidden around the weald. People can take them home and decorate. 
6. Magpas reached out to see if we could have a Magpas Coffee Morning – looking for someone to make cakes for this and be in charge for January. 
7. Business networking opportunity. Would people be interested in an evening maybe at the Watch Office Stacey & Seb happy to be on the organising committee. Network, Advertise. AW only then advertising an awareness in wider area.
