Update from James from Huntingdon Police – Theft from a mini series and they were caught and sentenced. Very little crime at AW. Less crime than Huntingdon, St Neots. St Ives. Crime volume is low. Blueline are keen to come to AW, no powers. People need to report crimes to the Police in the first instance.
Encore Update – Additional security is not how the estates team would like to go. Stacy is going to send Bluelines details to Encore.
Garage Sale – feedback was it was spread out, car boot would be good. 31 properties signed up to participate. Footfall was not very high.
Scarecrow Festival – 31 scarecrows will go out 14th-21st map will go in the coop and swynford stores + FB
Family Fun Day – over 1000 people attended, net profit was £300. Market stalls will be on the green next time and food trucks to be nearer to Watch Office. Next event needs a bigger team but only 3 people did the whole thing, needs a bigger team next time.
VE DAY May 10th – Voted for by members to have an event. Will call for team in next meeting
HCR – would like to advertise some events will need 2 volunteers to attend meeting.

- Marianne from Smart Journeys Travel Survey is happening in October. Looking for a person who said he ran a car club and lives at AW. If anyone knows who that was please contact Celina or Natalie.
- Haresh NHW app is now ready and he is going to contact Robin from NHW.
- Stacey would like to have the photos of his garden from Open Gardens. NLB to get photographer to send them over to Celina.
