- Tracey update – Redrow greenspace on Swynford and Senliz and Morris area handed over to Encore. – Morris to replace hedging on Senliz Road. – Carnaile Road edges are poor they will reinstate edges, Carnaile 53, 55, 57, 59, 61, 63 no street sign. – Cars badly parked on Carnaile. – 134 Senliz Road to Newton Road no dog bins. – Dog bin at the end of Prestly Way is full. – Epworth Drive is full. – Please pick up after your dog. – Parking on the Boulevard, move cones from Senliz onto Boulevard. NLB – Will look into fence on the green space. Encore looking into signage on this area.
- NHW – Micki, Claudia, Haresh and Graham are now coordinators. Hunts coordinators would like to meet up.
- Hardship Fund – Ali update. Residents of AW to support people in short term crisis or hardship giving out grants for food vouchers or white good. Donations from BDW and U&C and going to start reaching out to professionals to let them know we are around. Contact Ali at awhfund@outlook.com
- Bank Holiday Monday May 6th Big Help Out – Celina/Natalie/Magpas doing a big help out to partner to do a litter pick. 1pm Outside ESCA and then meet up at Pavilion for refreshments. NLB to progress getting pickers, bags disposal of rubbish and putting in Warbler.
- Sunflower competition update – 10 people signed up deadline for sign-up is 19th April.
- Fairy Doors – 10 still up. Planning to redo on 30th May in Pavilion to paint them up, charge will be to cover the cost of the doors.
- Easter Eggs – Susie – 86 eggs found so far. 47 kids on Rev Robs egg hunt
- Open Gardens – Su 12 Gardens. Matt is sorting the map. Articles have been done for Parish Pump and Stukeleys Mag.
- Bank Account – Celina is on and should be sorted soon.
- Walking Challenge – sign up at alconbury.weald@smartjourneys.co.uk
- Garage sale to go in Warbler in May and June for participants. Matt doing the map.
- Next meeting to be on Teams NOT zoom on 1st May. June meeting to be in person.
