      1. Hardship fund – update will be in next months meeting.
      2. May step challenge – updates will be coming on facebook social pages watch out for info from Smart Journeys
      3. Tracey @ Encore
        • Handover of Redrow and Morris green spaces to Encore are progressing. Garnatte Drive – Road, street lighting and hedges raised by residents and will be discussed at the Morris meeting.
        • Crest are not engaging
        • Streetlights have been numbered.
      4. Neighbourhood Watch (NHW) Robin the Cambridgeshire NHW coordinator in attendance
      5. Micki – still looking for another coordinator. NHW signs going up on Friday. Stacey has set up an emergency Whatsapp chat that is being effective. Higher police presence recently.
      6. Robin – gave a good oversight of what the neighbourhood watch is all about and what we cann provide and benefit from. We have 102 members on AW scheme. Haresh is working on an app for the Alconbury Weald Neighbourhood Watch. Pilot testing and feedback will be requested as the app develops further.
      7. School parking update – Celina has been talking to the head and Smart Journeys, waiting on more info before giving a more full update.
      8. Bank Account update – still waiting to open and hoping to go with Nat West.
      9. Website will be designed by a company based on Alconbury Weald run by AW residents – hoping to have an update for next meeting.
      10. Fundraising – once have bank account can apply for grants. We can start doing cash donations to cover cost of materials and raise funds towards more activities. Ideas are welcomed – Micki’s fundraising idea – virtual Racenight at the Pavilion in the autumn.
      11. Sunflower Competition – paid entry for the competition. £3 entry which gets you a growing kit. Cash prize. Advertising beginning April then kits go out end of April and tallest, biggest flower.
      12. May Step Challenge – full plan to be in next Warbler, and will also be advertised across social media
      13. Open Gardens – now have 10 gardens with 2 more possibles. Map needs to be able to be available by end of April so info needs to be with Su by 6th April at the latest. maps/entry will £2 per family group with funds going to MAGPAS Air ambulance.

        • Fairy Doors are being checked and a new map will be available on socials.
        • Easter ‘Golden Egg’ – wooden cut outs spread out, if they are found they can be handed into Swynford Store to enter the competition. Happening from Saturday 30th March-14th April. look out for more info across Social media and the warbler.

        • Cones on Senliz have been moved – NLB to update next meeting
