Tracey updated on streetlights. Cones on Senliz seem to be working and will stay. Tow truck reported on Senliz – Tracey advised to report to 101. Drains on Crest blocked and Crest are parking on Heathcote – reported to Crest. Tracey left meeting.
Scarecrow Festival update – 45 scarecrows in total, all winners at prizegiving. Really good feedback. Well done Suzie and family for organising.
2024 Events. Wellness Day – NLB owner, Easter possibly a pottery day? Walking/running challenge, Summer Saturday, Fairy doors may make a return. Open Gardens and Scarecrow Festival. Owners for each event needed.
Can we have litter pickers? NLB to look at budget.
Report of ABS at skatepark – NLB to investigate.
Discussed incorporating the group. Celina happy to be Treasurer and Charlotte happy to be chair or secretary but need a third person. If you would like to do this please discuss with Natalie. The benefits of incorporating would be getting a bank account and being able to apply for funding and then have more autonomy.
