- Virtual update from Encore 7.30-7.45 @Tracey Davis – Cable in Elizabeth Walk reported, cover outside nursery uneven reported.
- Open Gardens post event feedback – 120 visitors £163.35 raised for Magpas. Open gardens have been nominated for a community award. Good feedback on map. Needed directions to first house from a central location. Fantastic event well done to Su and thanks to Matt for doing the map.
- Maritime Roundabout needs cutting back – this is a highways issue, reported to highways.
- Family picnic Aug Bank holiday. Unfortunately nobody around that weekend to assist.
- Comments from Allotment Consultation passed onto design team.
- Warbler – is frequency right, content accurate? – Frequency about right. Would like a commercial directory in addition. Pavilion timetable. Would like a meet Paul Murfin the new Rachel Arnold with what he does.
- Residents Forum – do you watch it, does it give you what you need. Needs to be branded U&C so people understand what its about
- Community Association Logo coming from @Matt Dixon. @Celina Jacques looking at a Gmail account and Facebook page for group.
- Scarecrow Festival @susan wilkinson in charge – 25 straw bales – NLB to source. Bales delivered to Pavilion on 8th/9th Sept. @Matt Dixon on map. What/Three/Words for each house needed.
