1) Tracey from Encore confirmed Bardolph light, Carnaile pond light are now working and the pond board has been replaced. No new items and Tracey left meeting
2) Coronation update
Donation pots needed. Jez has done Quiz questions. Charlotte has tea and coffee. On café stand 12-1 Charlotte and Celina, 1-2 Jez and Rev Rob, 2-3 Carly and Natalie.
Cake competition entries to be handed in to Club by 11.30.
3) Coronation litter pick. Charlotte has the grabbers and other items. Meet outside school at 1pm.
4) Open Gardens
11 gardens participating, deadline for entries 10th May. Matt is doing the map. Event in aid of Magpas. Natalie to search out the arrows. Posters to go in shop and Pavilion.
5) Dog Walking enclosure. Discussed within group and everyone felt it was a good idea. Natalie to take this forward.
6) Youth Club 1st Birthday Party. 10th June. Charlotte is looking for a guest appearance – does anyone know anyone who could attend or come in costume? Rounders Tournament.
AOB – discussed a community notice board other than the one at the Pavilion.
